These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Floki Mail (the "Service"), operated by Magesto ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Floki Mail is an AI-assisted email management service. It connects to email accounts you own or are authorized to manage, reads and organizes mail, prepares drafts and follow-ups, and performs actions subject to the approval settings you configure. You remain responsible for all mail sent from your accounts.

3. Your account and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You may only connect mailboxes you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or violate applicable email and anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL and equivalents). We may suspend accounts that do.

5. AI-generated content

Drafts and suggestions are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent where your settings require approval, and for the configuration of any automation you enable.

6. Fees

Pricing, billing cycles and refund terms are presented at purchase. We may change pricing with notice effective at your next billing cycle.

7. Your data

Your mail remains on your provider's servers. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any mailbox at any time.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its branding. You retain all rights to your mail and content. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service on your behalf.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your mailboxes at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
