Why "Floki"

Named after the Norse sailor, navigator, and explorer who let the ravens do the finding.

“Flóki the Viking released ravens from his ship. They flew ahead, found land, and led him home. He never had to search. He just followed the signal.”

That's the brand in one image: you set the destination, Floki does the searching. Every product decision, visual, and word maps back to this story.

The product

Every inbox. One calm harbor. A crew that works while you don't.

Provider-agnostic

Gmail, Outlook, cPanel email, iCloud and more, use unlimited accounts behind one URL.

Talk, don't click

"Push my call with Sarah to Thursday." "Chase everyone who ghosted me." Said, done.

Screen-optional

The agent triages, files, drafts, and follows up whether you're watching or not.

Walled harbors

Every mailbox is isolated: data, context, and actions never bleed between businesses.

The product · universal SMTP/IMAP

Any mailbox. Standard protocols. No migration.

Native API (OAuth) for Gmail and Microsoft 365. IMAP/SMTP for everything else: hosting-provider email (cPanel, Plesk), webmail (Roundcube), custom domains, self-hosted servers. Mail stays on the origin server; Floki syncs and acts against it.

Full provider coverage

Not limited to OAuth partnered providers. Any account with an address can be managed, legacy and niche hosts included.

Sending integrity

Outbound goes through the account's own SMTP, from your domain. SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment preserved. No relays, no "via" headers.

No migration, no lock-in

No mailbox transfer, no MX changes, no export. Connect and disconnect anytime. The mailbox is unchanged either way.

True consolidation

Owners hold accounts across 3 or 4 unrelated providers. Protocol level support unifies all of them, not just the major ones.

Gmail · Outlook · Roundcube · cPanel · Plesk · self-hosted · any email with an IMAP address

The engine

Three loops. One crew. You stay the captain.

The Lookout

Learning loop

Always watching how you file, reply, and edit, building your voice one correction at a time.

The Oarsmen

Execution loop

Wakes when mail matches, acts in your voice, holds at the gate when you want the final say.

The Navigator

Improvement loop

Reads the ship's log nightly and proposes new routes: automations you didn't think to ask for.

How the box runs: the pipeline under the loops

✦ Connect
One harbor

Every account, any provider, behind one URL.

✦ Read
Triage first

Every mail scored, filed, or surfaced. Nothing slips.

✦ Act
In your voice

Drafts, replies, and follow-ups written like you wrote them.

✦ Gate
You approve

Holds at the gate, every action logged, one tap sends.

Marketing translation: "My inbox has AI" becomes "I gave my inbox superpowers."

Trust, made visible

Autonomy is earned on a dial, never assumed.

SuggestApproveAuto

Floki does nothing you haven’t allowed. Set it per mailbox, per task: watch its suggestions, approve each send, or let it run on its own. Change the dial anytime. Tighten it, loosen it, or take back the helm completely.

Set sail.

Floki Mail isn't another email app. It's the end of doing email. The loops are built, your inbox is about to meet its crew.
